Lizzy Nash

Executive Producer

Lizzy Nash has clocked up more than 25 years in production, across documentary, short film, Broadcast TV and content creation. 

Before establishing The Feds, Lizzy was a partner of US based production company redBACK Films. In 1997, following her stint with redBACK, Lizzy returned to Australia to set up Walkabout Films a highly successful and internationally recognised facilitation company for offshore productions shooting across Australia.

As Founder of The Feds, Lizzy oversees the Content and Entertainment division. She maintains her ties with the US market and has worked both locally and across international markets on global advertising campaigns, TV broadcast entertainment as well as digital and interactive projects developed by The Feds.

Lizzy has been Executive Producer on numerous productions including; ‘Stay Tuned’, a cross-platform children’s music show for the ABC; ‘The In Crowd’, a pilot for MTV International, ‘Becoming Superhuman’ for the ABC, and ‘Miracle Hospital’ Series 1 & 2 for National Geographic.

In addition, Lizzy has worked with some of the most highly awarded international commercials directors.

JULIA PETERS

CONSULTING Producer

Julia is an award- winning producer with over 25 years experience in factual, factual entertainment and ob- doc programming. Julia has worked with many of Australia's leading production companies developing, piloting and taking into production series programming including original formats for both local and international broadcasters.

In 2016, Julia developed and was executive producer on ‘Becoming Superhuman’ for The Feds, a two part factual series for the ABC that has won many awards including the prestigious Eureka Award for Science in Journalism. Julia created and executive produced ‘Miracle Hospital’ Series 1 and 2 for The Feds, broadcast internationally on National Geographic Channels.  In 2016 Julia won the inaugural AIDC/ABC factual format competition for her format ‘The Detention Centre’. In 2018, Julia executive produced and was finishing director on a documentary “Nolan: The Man & The Myth” for ABC & BBC that won an ATOM award for Best History documentary and in 2019 she directed and series produced a 6 x 60’ series, Griff’s Great Australian Rail Adventure, for ITV UK and ABC.

More recently, Julia was co-executive producer and showrunner on a new ITV and SBS 10 x 60’ series, Inside Central Station – Australia’s Busiest Railway.

Julia’s passion and extensive experience continues to drive her enthusiasm to produce high quality content across genres and multi platforms. 


JUDE LENGEL

PRODUCER

Jude is one of the most industry’s most respected Producers. Jude commenced her film career working in the creative department for traditional animation in television commercials. She quickly moved into producing live action, special effects and animation.

Her experience extends working for Live Action, Content Media, 2D/3D Animation, Visual Effects, Short Films (International awards), Animation Series “Lydia” Pilot with Nickelodeon LA.

With an outstanding list of credits and awards in her career. Jude produced the short film ‘The Beneficiary’ which won an Australian Film Institute (AFI) award for the Best Short Fiction Film as well as Palm Springs USA Awards, and was listed in the last ten shorts, in 1999 Academy Awards.

Jude continues to work with award winning director Graeme Burfoot.
